If you are not happy, for any reason, within 30 days of purchasing a domain account, and we cannot resolve the issue(s), we will promptly refund all of your hosting fees and close the account at your request. If you become unhappy later in the term of your paid hosting interval, we will refund a pro-rated portion of your fee (to the nearest month) and close the account at your request.
- We cannot refund money paid to register, renew, or transfer a domain name… the domain name is yours and you control it once it is purchased.
- We cannot refund money paid for extra support services that you used. We will refund any balance on your paid support account.
- We will not refund any money to clients who are terminated for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, or whose unhappiness is a result of the fact that they are not permitted to continue to do something that violates the Acceptable Use Policy, even if they storm off in a huff.
